Juggler II is a staff scheduling software system that optimizes the deployment of blood collection staff. It matches people to tasks in the least expensive way possible, while working to get the job done and honor your staffs scheduling requests. It automatically keeps overtime, under time, travel, and mileage costs to a minimum so that you can create a schedule that is time and cost effective. It can help perfect and polish your schedule in half the time it would take you to put one together by hand. In that time, you can easily put together a minimum of a half-dozen what-if scenarios and choose the one that fits your needs, and those of your staff.
Juggler IIl is the next generation of our staff scheduling software system that optimizes the deployment of blood collection staff. In addition to the key features of Juggler ll above, this product solution offering is a web-enabled and server-based application built with the latest Microsoft web-based technologies. Some of the key enhancements include multi user access with role-based access control; simultaneous usage between departments and/or regions; Scheduled Staff web portal access and complete flexibility in reporting for operational schedules, management and ad-hoc reporting.

Case Management System for the Law Society of Upper Canada
WorkGroup Designs Ltd. (TSX Venture: WGD) has completed a contract to provide its comprehensive case management solution (SuitCase for WebSphere) to the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Under the contract, WorkGroup Designs (WGD) designed, configured and deployed its case management solution, SuitCase for WebSphere to support the Law Society's daily activities in its regulation of the Ontario legal profession in the public interest. The Law Society governs in the public interest by carrying out regulatory duties to promote and enforce high standards of professional competence and conduct in the legal profession.
Based on the company's business and IT expertise in case management, in 2003, WGD launched an internal R&D initiative to design and develop a powerful case management solution. The resulting software solution, SuitCase for WebSphere provides case driven organizations with a robust and fully web- enabled engine to configure any business process, manage its documents and meet reporting requirements and needs to better manage case driven mandates.
The completed development contract and post implementation services under a maintenance support agreement is strategically important as it has given WGD the opportunity to demonstrate the power of its solution to a province-wide organization with significant regulatory requirements. SuitCase for WebSphere will provide the Law Society with exceptional value and WGD with opportunities for a growing install base across regulatory bodies nationally and internationally as well as other sectors.
