This board was designed as an all purpose I/O board to handle a variety of discrete inputs and outputs. All the inputs and outputs are optically isolated and have LED indicators. Both the inputs and outputs can be either AC or DC. The board will accept inputs from 12 VDC to 48 VDC and from 24 VAC to 120 VAC. The outputs may vary from 24 VAC to 120 VAC and 5 VDC to 48 VDC.
Main Features: - Outputs
The EXACTA Audio-Visual Interface is an innovative design to meet the needs created by the Operator Free Car Wash. It has both audio (voice) and visual (LCD screen) prompts to help the customer at the entrance to the car wash.
The Voice System is designed to give 10 voice messages that repeat keypad numbers when pressed, and up to 25 site programmable messages. This can be used very effectively to promote the wash, the site, and the company; as well as advertise any specials occurring at the time. A maximum message length of 2 minutes is possible with this system. The LCD screen is an enlarged character 2 line by 20 character display that is backlit for night time viewing.
This Entry Stand is designed to integrate with the rest of the EXACTA system. This enables control of dedicated outputs and inputs for lamps, coin mechanism, and upsellbuttons, etc. Additionally, 4 outputs and 3 inputs are free for general purposes such as extra lights, bill validator, etc.
Other features:
the EXACTA computer;
This board was designed as an interface for the modern Coin-Op Wand Bay Car Wash and has the ability to control four separate wand bays. All the inputs and outputs are optically isolated and have LED indicators. Inputs are provided for the DTMF Keypad and Coin Acceptors. Outputs are provided for Wash Control. The board will accept inputs from 12 VDC to 36 VDC and from 12 VAC to 120 VDC. The outputs may very from 12 VAC to 120 VAC and 12 VAC to 120 VAC.
Main Features:
This Computer is panel mounted and can be used as a stand alone unit or as a 'slave' to a master unit. It can handle both Analog and Discrete inputs and outputs. The Series XI is easy to understand and interact with due to the object oriented style of programming incorporated into our Exacta line of Computers. The Computer displays information on a 40 character by 8 line display or over a R' 23 2 Port to a PC or Scada System. The unit comes standard with a 21 Button Programmable Keyboard complete with indicator lights. Each button can be programmed to perform a different function giving the unit a great amount of flexibility to handle any type of application.
Some of the features available on the Series XI are as follows:
Voltage, Resistive)
(Comparing 2 Analog)
Monitoring)
The Series XI Computer contains all the programming and flexibility of a P. L. C. (Programmable Logic Controller) and the ease and simplicity of a dedicated controller. Our Object Oriented programming language and State Engine allows us to program very complex processes. Our Parameter Setting capabilities allow us to quickly and easily program Gas Compressor shutdowns, alarms, pre-lube times, post-lube times, crank times, etc.

A standard voice intercom is provided to enable communication with kiosk personnel.
Main features:
This interface was designed for Wand Type Coin-Op Car Washes. Customers purchase a wash ticket from the kiosk based on the amount of time that they require to wash their car. Each ticket has an individualized security access code. When the customer enters this code on the keypad in the wash bay, LED feedback indicates that the code has been accepted or is incorrect. If the code is valid, the 'In Use' LED indicates that the wash power is turned on and that the customer may begin their wash. The 'In Use' LED begins blinking near the end of the cycle so that the customer knows that the time is about up.
