Aboriginal and multicultural students had higher success rates in finding employment or succeeding in post secondary education following my TRANSITIONS courseware. College instructors had more flexible assessment tools and rubrics to assess prior learning of adult learners. More partnerships in place following my liaison and bridge building between health care sector and post secondary sector.
