Victory's Kitchen is a food manufacturer headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. We are recognized world-wide for our capabilities in private-label food production for Chain Restaurant Operators, Retail, and other multi-unit accounts. Our focus is on frozen and fresh, ready-to-serve or concentrate "spoonable" foods such as soups, stocks, gravies, sauces, and fillings.
Our goal is to offer our customers an alternative to mass manufactured products that might not meet their particular needs. In effect, we strive to be their private commissary, offering all the benefits of customized processing, state of the art technology, and customer driven service.
CORPORATE PROFILE
Established in 1985, Victory's Kitchen has grown from a small manufacturer or retail, deli style fresh soups, to Canada's foremost food service manufacturer of private-label spoonable foods. Servicing the country from coast to coast, we offer complete commissary services, from flexible manufacturing volumes, to state of the art technology and innovative product concepts. Our specific focus is in the area of private-label food production where operators already have signature recipes yet wish to improve consistency or otherwise simplify their operation.
We are a completely integrated company. We control virtually every aspect of our operation from growing our own produce to manufacturing our own pasta. In this way, we have primary control over the quality of our ingredients, and achieve maximum flexibility in providing our customers with the best products, at the best prices.
Flexibility is our strength. We pride ourselves in our ability to consistently respond to customer needs. In short, we have become known as a company for the 90's, flexible, innovative, and totally market-driven.
PRODUCT LINES
Our area of expertise is "spoonable" foods. This may be defined as virtually anything that can be made in a pot or steam kettle. As the attached product list illustrates, this includes soups, sour stocks, salsas, sauces, gravies, fillings and dips.
Our products are usually packed frozen, in one (1) or two (2) gallon boil-in-bag pouches. In this way, we can offer products that are consistent to use, convenient to use, and environmentally friendly.
As our strength is our flexibility, our product lines are virtually unlimited.
