The Venture Carpets company was founded in 1972. This company was the first Canadian producer of space dyed yarn and space dyed carpets. In 1988, the company decided to integrate some of its yarn production and established a related division, Ventek Fibres, to produce solution dyed and white nylon and olefin yarns. Over the years, the company has focused primarily on yarn dyed tufted carpets aimed at the commercial and specialty residential markets.
The company markets its products in Canada through an exclusive network of regional distributors. In 1992, the export market was prospected and we are now active in the following regions:
Bahamas, Holland, Lebanon, Malaysia, Republic of Slovakia and U. S. A.
The foregoing countries are being serviced by a network of exclusive distributors handling our products.
A few years ago, Venture Carpets has established a world class manufacturing program in its manufacturing facilities with a special focus on total quality. In 1997, we earned the ISO 9002 certification by complying with the application of the required manufacturing and quality standards and procedures. We are looking forward to expanding our sales representation in Mexico, South America, and the Pacific Rim countries.
