Ventax specializes in providing robots and custom automation systems for the plastics industry, but also works with other non-plastics industries including automotive, communications, appliance, and packaging.
Ventax has designed automation to perform tasks including orienting, handling, and packaging; assembly and decoration;
stacking and unstacking; marking and labelling; testing and inspection, and insert loading of horizontal and vertical machines. Currently working on mould spraying and mould-chasing applications. Ventax designs and builds its automation on a customer-specific basis; all design and manufacture is done in -house at our facility in Ayr, Ontario.
