Valiant's enterprising Research and Development department is comprised of an international team of mechanical and electrical engineers, expert skilled trades and experienced directors. This department evaluates and develops new technology related to parts cleaning systems, high pressure deburr systems, material handling systems, robotic integration, press line systems, hydraulic presses, custom machines and assembly cells for engine, transmission, casting, component and assembly facilities.
Valiant has been successful in the implementation of several new technologies in North America, that the automakers have acquired abroad and required North American full service integration. Valiant was the systems integrator and design/build source for much of the equipment and systems supplied to Ford, when start-up occured with its new casting production facility, utilizing Cosworth Technology. Valiant integrated 77 robots in 38 assembly cells in a fully robotic casting facility, the first of its kind in the world.
Valiant is an integrator and design/build source for Vari-Form, using the Hydroform Technology. Systems include hydraulic presses, CNC bending, Press load/unload, shearing operations, vision inspection and automation.
Valiant was also the system integrator chosen for Ford Motor Company when the Planja process was acquired from Sweden. This process is used in the manufacturing of door intrusion beams by hot forming blanks for various Ford products.
The Company has answered the Big 3's request to fulfill supplier requirements for global alignment. Valiant has worldwide organizations in body-in-white assembly systems, powertrain automation and assembly systems and industrial washers.
Valiant is an approved full service vendor to Ford Motors Company, Daimler Chrysler Preferred supplier and a member of the Extended Enterprise. Also supplier to Pratt & Whitney, Boeing Aircraft, General Motors, Toyota and a host of other OEM's.

Valiant also owns several patents on the lates framing technology the Value-Flex Framer.
