Company Overview
Tri-Tech Machine Ltd., was established in June of 1986. Ours is a Canadian Welding Bureau Certified facility. This enhances our quality and allows us to meet various specifications put on fabrication work.
Our firm can handle a broad range of steel fabrication work, from light gauge welding to heavy plate construction. To date, our largest single piece of fabrication has been supplied to Canadian Pacific Forest Products; Pulp & Paper, Gold River Division, a Log Infeed Conveyor, weighing in the range of 120, 000 lbs.
Our shop is 13, 000 sq. ft. in size and has produced a good deal of equipment to the sawmill and pulp & paper industry. We have provided many types of material handling equipment for bulk terminals and mining systems of steel - aluminum - and stainless steel.
Tri-Tech shop facilities include mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, wire feed and stick welding, lathe capacity up to 46" diameter turning, automatic band cut off saw, drilling & milling, pressing and broaching to 100 tons, and light gauge plasma cutting of stainless steels and aluminum.
In an effort to expand our services, we have (since summer '89), offered a newly developed Large Bore Air Control Valve System, which we developed and have patented. This product gives a new approach to the sawyer operator's controls, for log loading and turning functions. Presently, we have twelve valves operating with good success. We can see additional areas to use our valve package and are endeavouring to market the product.
We are a fully certified shop under the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) and as of Nov. 1990, under Division 3, CSA standard W47, 1-1983. I feel our background and experience will allow us to bid competitively on your projects and would look forward to doing so.
