We are a Human Resources Consulting firm specializing in working with organizations and the individuals within the organization to assist them in achieving personal and professional growth. We are experienced and enthusiastic consultants and facilitators who have held a variety of management, sales, leadership, coaching and training positions in diverse organizations within the private sector.

Since the company was founded in 1989, we have facilitated over 1, 000 workshops for clients in Europe, the United States and Canada. Our workshops have included front-line employees, first time supervisors, middle management and corporate executives.
