LeBlanc & Associates, is the Atlantic affiliate of Synthse, Groupe Conseil Inc, a full-service bilingual training and organizational development business, committed to helping organizations increase their productivity, profitability and viability through practical, empowering collaborative team-based management training and coaching programs and services. Our training programs are based on over 23 years of experience in organizational development and focus on assisting individuals to better fulfill their role within the organization; training teams to more effectively use their collective intelligence; and, training team leaders to ensure continuous performance improvement. Aside from programs in personal effectiveness, team-based management and coaching, we offer programs and services in leadership, managing change, conflict resolution, time management, stress management, burnout prevention, communication, training for the trainers and other topics as needed. We also offer key note speaking services and program conceptualization. Our programs are tailored to meet the client's needs. Based in Chester, Nova Scotia, The Performance Synergy Group serves the Atlantic Provinces. The head office of Synthse Groupe Conseil is in Montreal with offices in Chester through the Performance Synergy Group, Ottawa, Qubec City and Algiers, Algeria. An office in Paris, France will be re-opening in the fall of 2005.
