THE MENTORS is a Canadian Oil and Gas training company based in Calgary. It is an organization of the best Canadian petroleum industry specialists who are available to provide formal training and mentoring services around the world. The company has worked on projects with the Canadian International Development Agency including training for LukOil in Russia and a major pipeline training project in Kazakhstan. Other services provided by THE MENTORS include Needs Assessments, program design, program and course development and technology transfer.

Each MENTOR has a minimum of 15 years of recent experience in the Canadian or International oil and gas industry. We have geologist, geophysicists and engineers who specialize in the most technologically complex areas of the industry.
