Canadian fine-jewellery manufacturer in growth mode to take on international market acquires Master Design Jewellery Made in Canada remains a prime objective. Allen Shechtman, CEO, the Martin Ross Group announced that effective May 1, 2005, Master Design, one of Canadas foremost premium diamond and coloured-stone jewellery manufacturers, and previously the manufacturing division of Samuel Klineberg Jewellery, has become an operating division of the Martin Ross Group (MRG). Master Design, and its associated brands, Mystre, Odyssey, Studio Nouveau, and Florida-based Master Design International, directed for the past 25 years by Varuj Arkarakas appointed Vice President Sales and Marketing Master Design - will join the brands marketed by the Martin Ross Group including Artistic Fine and Fashion Jewellery, Orange Blossom, Mendy Rocks, Jaltex, Simon Chang, and MRG's premium/incentive group, Blue Bubble. Drew Bricker, Vice President Sales and Marketing- Artistic Jewellery, will lead the fine jewellery expansion to majors, chains, TV and other non-traditional markets and continue heading MRG's fashion jewellery division. Both will report to Gary Davis, President, Artistic Jewellery. The Martin Ross Group, a privately-owned Toronto-based manufacturing, sales and marketing organization providing a diverse array of fine and fashion jewellery, corporate identity and premium/promotional products across North America, will expand North American visibility and sales through increased attendance at premiere jewellery, trade and gift shows, including exhibiting at the Las Vegas JCK and Toronto and Edmonton Jewellery shows as well as expanded media campaigns to position its premium Made In Canada products.
