THE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTION is a wholly owned Canadian corporation which was established in 1975 to provide industry and government with a professional source of temporary engineering services. The company has since grown and diversified to meet the changing needs of our clients. Today, THE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTION, is comprised of three divisions specializing in Office Services/Executive Search, Engineering and Information Technology. The development of these divisions has been based on the concept of a 'full service' contract and placement firm. The ability to service our clients with all their employment requirements from the mailroom to the boardroom, has become our signature trademark.
The principals of our firm are Mr. Frank A. Wilson and Mr. Raymond Moscoe. We currently have branches in Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Ottawa, Montreal, Raleigh and Dallas that comprise of over 70 Staff Members who work as Client Services Co-ordinators, Client Services Representatives, Account Representatives, Consultants, Recruiters, Administrative, Finance/Accounting, Support Staff and Senior Management.
The Employment Solution has a simple operating strategy our reputation has been built on the philosophy that we are committed to providing you with the best qualified candidates, as they are truly ambassadors for our company. Our goal is to build a relationship with our clients... we like to think of ourselves as an extension of your Human Resources Department.
We realize that in today's economy the 'bottom line' has become important to our clients and, as such, we are continually incorporating programs that will prove to be cost-effective measures.
