Nature of Business:

'BCA' is in the business of manufacturing, selling and servicing water purification, wastewater and related equipment in the municipal, commercial, industrial and oil and gas industries.

Water Treatment:

BCA's principal area of business is the manufacture of packaged (i. e. 'turn-key') water, wastewater treatment and purification plants. BCA's treatment plants produce clear, clean potable water that meet and/or exceed the standards required by the US Environmental Protection Agency, Environment Canada and the World Health Organization. BCA's packaged plants are sized and built according to the customer's specifications and are generally delivered on a 'turn-key' basis. The packaged water treatment plants can produce up to 10, 000 USGPM.

Valve Control Systems:

BCA also produces pressure reducing systems, pump systems, metering stations and Supervision Control and Data Acquisition ('SCADA') systems. These Valve Control Systems can be utilized by water utilities, within mixing applications, for pulp and paper, recycling and food processing and oil and gas processes.
