WestJet contracted with Tall Order in 2005 to work with with the 'Care' division leaders in supporting them in teambuilding activities specifically associated with their 'Recognigtion Program'. The audience included all department Managers of WestJet across Canada. The two-day program in Calgary was executed for 100 participants per day. Tall Order trained our trainers to support the program and in return Tall Order had to speak WestJet lingo by using all the terms of the recognition program to the teams and build on that the layers of symbolicistic food items that represented the messaging.
The feedback from WestJet was extremely positive and provided a strong foundation for further culinary program delivery in the future.
