TRACK 2000 Quality Associates is a management consulting firm focused on facilitation of ISO 9000 and QS-9000 Implementation in smaller manufacturing and service organizations in Southern Ontario. Vern Shute, President of TQA, is a 'Registered ISO 9000 Specialist' with the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Canada (ICMCC), a specialist designation recognized by the Standards Council of Canada. TRACK 2000 has supported about 20 organizations on various aspects of their ISO 9000 programs. We offer hands-on ISO/QS-9000 experience in the following sectors: machining and metalwork; book printing; electrical hardware; plastic injection moulding; food;

pharmaceutical; and Public Service (Ontario). TRACK 2000 provides: ISO 9000 Benchmark/Gap Assessments (as a separate project if requested); 'Fast Start' implementation planning;

Quality Manual and Procedure design and writing; management and employee training; auditing; and related services to assist with your ISO/QS-9000 implementation. We also facilite TQM and other QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY Improvement initiatives. A range of related consulting and business services (including Environmental Management Systems) is available through our associate network. TRACK 2000 is a member of the ASQC, OCC, and ICMCO. Vern Shute has trained as an ISO 9000 Lead Auditor at QMI.
