Denise is seen at many conferences, conventions, meetings and private functions and has been a teller at many festivals and has helped hundreds of schools and libraries celebrate special occasions or enjoy their curriculum as it is brought to life with story, song and drum.

*The native lore was wonderful especially the inclusion of stories/songs from indigenous people from around the world. You have a welcoming relaxed way of presentation. No one seemed to feel they were on the spot, yet we all participated!

*I want to tell you that when you tell stories I become, quite entirely & helplessly, a small and totally captivated child whose mouth is hanging open and whose imagination is running amok (sitting there in my glorious trance, where the everyday world has dissolved and a new Universe is in full swing) and I never want it to end, with it joyously becoming an eternal bedtime story with cookies and cocoa, and a fluffy pink quilt. aaahhh!

*It always says so much about a presenter when you see 50 pairs of junior high eyes attentively following your every step, your every movement attentively listening. Thank you for helping us with the process of reconnecting story and voice.

*Thank you for sharing your storytelling talents with our grade 4, 5 and 6 students. You gave them a unique experience in an art form that flows, for a special way of connecting with one another.
