Sunwell Engineering Company Limited was incorporated in 1982 with the mission of providing state of the art equipment for the food chilling and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industries. Since that time, Sunwell has become an industry leader in the development and manufacture of slurry ice making generators and slurry ice supply systems. These products, marketed under the banner of 'Sunwell DEEPCHILL tm Ice Systems' have found wide application wherever conventional ice is used as a cooling medium. Sunwell has marketed products in Canada and abroad, providing both simple slurry ice making equipment and turnkey solutions. Our products, which can produce from 3.5 to over 100 tons of pumpable slurry ice per day, are used extensively both on-board fishing vessels to chill catches immediately, and in processing plants. We also manufacture slightly modified versions of our slurry ice machines for use in thermal storage applications and secondary cooling applications for display case cooling in supermarkets.
