Stargate Consultants Limited (SCL) with offices in Ontario and British Columbia, has been providing consulting and training services to the RandD management community for over 20 years. SCL was the first company in Canada to cater to the specialized training needs of RandD managers. Our standard and custom designed courses and workshops draw on the large body of RandD management literature and are designed to provide RandD managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills required to create and maintain a culture and environment that will motivate creative and innovative people.
Clients for our courses and workshops have included personnel from every Canadian science-based government department and agency, the U. S. government, provincial science-based agencies and the private sector. Customized courses can draw upon existing modules and can include newly designed modules to meet clients' requests.
