  Electronic Contract Manufacturing (ECM)

  Sparton offers complete Electronics Contract Manufacturing services from six plants throughout North America. Complete Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Plated Through-Hole (PTH) and other specialty component placement equipment is available to serve your pcb outsourcing needs. Sparton is capable of supporting all aspects of the product life cycle from concept to distribution with the ability to redesign for cost reductions, as well as provide refurbishment/remanufacturing. Approximately 32 percent of Spartons ECM business includes engineering services in addition to manufacturing services. Currently, full system production (box build) represents nearly 60 percent of ECM business while board-level assembly equals approximately 40 percent. Market segments in Spartons ECM business base include medical, telecommunications and industrial/instrumentation.

Our culture of cost reduction has developed over 97 years of experience in markets from leading edge technology to commodities.
