Black Liquor Oxidization Sensor (blox).
This is a process, monitor and control device that helps to maintain at optimum conditions the oxidation level of black liquor in pulp and paper mills. It monitors the concentration of residual sodium sulphide in the black liquor at the stage prior to the recovery boiler. This improved control of the black liquor oxidization process helps to eliminate excess sulphur emissions and boiler downtime. It also improves air quality around pulp and paper mills.
