The electrostatic painting uses static electricity to control a spray pattern and achieve a factory smooth finish. Paint wraps around corners or tubing, similar to magnetic attraction. Our Devilbiss Ransburg No. 2 Process handgun and Ransburg Rem gun use only electric force generated by the power supply. No compressed air or hydraulic pressure used to atomize paint. There is minimal overspray.
