Transformer; Dryout
Transformer oil dehydration unit without vacuum. This unit can dry the insulation live or deenergize. Meaning that the transformer does not have to be taken out of production. Oil can be dried down to 5 ppm of dissolved water and the insulation to better than 0.5%.
Dryout proceed unattented and processing unit can be checked and stopped remotly through telephone line. Dryout process is done by continuous filtration and last 6 to 10 weeks depending on insulation thickness and oil temperature
