The firm has a special expertise in the field of BOT aviation projects and has worked on more than 20 airports in over 10 countries. Current aviation projects include Zadar International Airport in Croatia and the planning and programming of the Air Terminal Building Development for the Calgary International Airport.

Scott Associates Architects Inc. were the Managing Architects for the Toronto national headquarters of the Canadian Broadcast Corporation and the Design Architects for Toronto Dominion Centre's Ernst & Young Tower (both completed in joint venture). Other current projects range from the Ground Transportation Centre for the new Terminal Development Project at LBPIA to the architectural interiors of the new Canadian Consulate, Rockefeller Center in New York City.
