We partner and joint venture with our own resources to develop New Cities with environmentally friendly self sustaining infrastructure
Over last several years we spent tremendous amount of our resources and time in conceiving, planning and intellectualizing unique concept to develop new self sustaining cities in emerging markets with our initial focus at SAARC region. The financial plan and funding structure are mostly in place. We are not looking for financial partners but local working partners with experience of construction, architectural and engineering services as our consultants
Our most preferred location to build such cities is between two major cities with span of atleast 100 miles. We finance, design, develop and build new cities with our own resources. Our project will add an average of $ 1 billion per annum in foreign exchange in the local economy. We export high quality experience professionally enlightened Intellectual Capital from Canada to develop self sustaining projects that benefit the communities in which they are built. Our projects take into account social and economic needs of all stakeholders. This project will create employment and future growth opportunity for the common man in that area. We believe it would create employment for 50, 000 people over next 5 years. We are sure that this project will be a great bridge for social, entrepreneurial and commercial bridge both for he countries and its people.
