SIGPROs Flexium SoC is a 3G-baseband air-interface ASIC engine and software that will allow the next generation of wireless PCDs to communicate with high-speed wireless networks around the world.
SIGPROs Centium family of chipsets will be a catalyst for wireless handheld PCD platform convergence. SIGPROs SoC software will provide the application protocol interface (API) to reduce Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software development and integration necessary to support multiple PCD applications. With this multiple application - one device solution, consumers will have the freedom to choose the software they want to use, where they want to use it, and how they want to use it. The increased usage of a variety of wireless services and applications will augment Service Provider revenue.
SIGPROs Centium SoC can be reconfigured to support multiple 3G/4G air interface transmission standards. This will enable true global roaming and support multiple data rates ranging from 20 Kbps to 2000 Kbps.
