Matrix POS has been a fantastic tool for our organization and will become an even stronger tool when all our locations are on the system.
Support people are great I can not say enough about this aspect as they answer every request professionally and in a timely manner.
We now have more control over our biggest asset our inventory - knowing where it is, what were missing and what are margins are all at the touch of a few keys.
Our external auditors were extremely impressed with the system and only look forward to their return next year to see how far we have advanced with the system.
