PROFILE Founded in 1903, the company is a long established multi-purpose machine shop and metal fabricating plant. Ramsay expertise in machining, fabricating and welding of stainless and carbon steel, aluminum, and special metals has been used to supply equipment to the forestry, mining, marine, shipbuilding, transportation, petrochemical and construction industries. The company has extensive experience in the design, manufacture and test of systems using hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic control systems. Located in Sidney, B. C., adjacent to the Victoria International Airport and close to ocean loading facilities, the company can handle has developed, manufactures and supplies an electrolytic marine grown fouling and corrosion control system. The company operates from a modern 9, 000 square metre plant with overhead electric travelling cranes and 11, 000 square metre paved external erection/assembly yard.
