We have a diversified list of clients requiring control of every conceivable type of product (food, newspapers, automotive parts, household products, etc.), each requiring special consideration. By continually investigating new products and technological advances, we are able to provide our customers with effective solutions to the most complicated handling requirements and separate ourselves from other competitors.
Equipment down time can create costly production losses. One of our customers stated that they can loose up to twenty five thousand dollars an hour due to mechanical failure. Rolmaster has a service department consisting of certified millwrights on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. They are knowledgeable in all types of electrical and mechanical applications. We are currently contracted to do monthly service checks for over 30 depots in the courier industry and are the preferred source for service repairs related to conveyor equipment for many clients.
