the technology, and particularly the software, industry in Ontario.
- Plans to evaluate the profitability of product distribution
strategies and of changes to product line mixes have provided valuable insight to owners and senior management.
- Product launch strategies have been developed after markets
have been examined, distribution channels have been analyzed, and the competition has been evaluated.
