The Mini-Plant is a comprehensive turnkey manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of injectible sterile solutions. The Mini-Plant is based on Canadian-technologies, processes and regulatory standards which comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The Mini-Plant facility can manufacture a broad range of sterile solutions in a variety of containers and sizes.

QUIVSOL provides the necessary expertise to: design, engineer, install and certify the Mini-Plant with a broad base of product formulations; implement a comprehensive quality assurance programme; and provide training that suits the unique characteristics of each facility. Ongoing support is available for updates to product formulations and quality assurance standards. Additionally, QUIVSOL offers accessory services including consulting, audits, raw materials, containers and other production supplies from qualified vendors. Two configurations of the Mini-Plant are: The Specialty Solutions Mini-Plant and the Intravenous Solutions Mini-Plant.

The QUIVSOL Specialty Solutions Mini-Plant: is a turnkey manufacturing facility, usually located within a hospital and managed by the Department of Pharmacy. The facility is dedicated to the production of a broad range of sterile injectible solutions.

The QUIVSOL Intravenous Solutions Mini-Plant is a turnkey manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of large volume intravenous sterile solutions.
