Success Stories:

> Through our work with Canadian Tire to create product knowledge training for 50000 sales staff across their dealerships nationally, they have enjoyed improved customer satisfaction and employee performance.

>Provinent was selected by FlightSafety International (FSI), Courseware Support Division, as a preferred development partner for FSIs various classroom presentation-training programs. FlightSafety Internationals mandate is to provide pilot training and its mission states that the best safety device in any aircraft is a well-trained pilot. FSI also provides maintenance technician training and that mission states that safety begins with a well-trained maintenance technician. With these missions in mind combined with the capabilities of Provinent, various presentation programs are developed and delivered to include, but are not exclusive to Walkaround (Aircraft preflight) programs; Animated Systems programs; and Self-Learning Systems for both Pilots and Maintenance Technicians. The courses are designed so that they can be instructor led (Animated Systems) or self-paced (Walkaround and Self Learning Systems). Each course is subject to FAA approval.

> We worked with ADP Canada to assist in the identification and selection of the most appropriate LMS for their organization to streamline the administration of training across the organization to drive efficiencies.

>Safety is priority number one at Ontarios largest electricity supplier. Hydro One Networks Inc. wanted to augment its successful classroom safety training with an e-learning system that enables employees to access training when convenient to them. Provinent analyzed the course offerings of the Work Methods and Training Group, selected the best candidates for e-learning, and advised about the implementation strategies required. The learning solution that was adopted has lead to the successful implementation of three e-learning courses with eight more planned. The course design and execution was highly rated by participants in a Pilot evaluation study. Provinents consulting work on the Pilot Evaluation Study enabled the training manager to successfully obtain the support of corporate stakeholders for additional e-learning development.

> Provinent helped Air Canada to move mandated training from the classroom to self-service kiosks that employees access during down-time, thus reducing employees time away from the job and improving their time to skill.

> Co-invested with a major post-secondary institution to develop, market and sell front-line Policing content.

> Naval Combat Operations Trainer (NCOT), the simulation/trainer system for the Canadian Navy, was created in conjunction with MacDonald Dettwiler. Provinent's challenge was to build courseware that provided training for Naval personnel who operate acoustic, combat information and electronic sensor equipment at sea. NCOT allows the Navy to standardize training on both Pacific and Atlantic coasts, using computer courseware technology to emulate actual patrol frigate equipment. Our team has created a two screen courseware design, which teaches students about frigate equipment on one screen while they interact with highly realistic ship control and communications panels on the other screen. NCOT will accommodate up to 200 identical workstations, allowing many classes to be trained on different equipment at the same time. To date, Provinent has developed over 100 hours of courseware to meet the Fleet School training objectives for this multi-million dollar project.
