Protowerx Design Inc. provides electronics and hardware design and redesign using current technologies and programming tools. We are a rapid prototyping shop using a Zcorp 3D printer to produce 3D models; architectural displays, industrial representations and Zcast; direct pour nonferrous metal casting moulds. We also offer CNC milling using a Roland MDX650 for 4axis milling. This methos of RP is attractive because the client can get and parts in a wider range of materials, such as wax, wood plastic, foam and metal.

Printed 3D parts have been used to test fit and form as well as aesthetics in the design of new desiel engine parts.
3D printed parts have been used successfully to market new designs for enclosures. The part is printed, infiltrated with a special epoxy, painted to look like a real plastic part and shown at trade shows and to clients and vendors alike.
3D design services; we will produce from your concept; a mechanical design /3D part or assist in developing your 3D image or CAD file.
We use current tools and close client contact to produce working prototypes from your concept. We develop the firmware, software and board layout; reducing the delays caused by farming out design. Protowerx provides technology support and upgrading services as well.
