Proceco's aqueous parts washers and integrated cleaning systems are designed by a team of experienced, imaginative and competent engineers and designers. The quality of PROCECO's workmanship has built a high reputation in industries such as metal transforming, automotive parts manufacturing, airlines maintenance, aircraft engines and parts, railways and mass transit systems, truck and bus fleets, construction and earth moving equipment, military vehicles etc.
Using a recirculated low concentration hot detergent solution, Proceco's washers remove oils, grease, chips, dirt, coolants and other contaminants from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, fiberglass, plastic and rubber.
These products include:
*Belt and indexing belt washers for parts to be cleaned by a continuous process;
*Turntable washers for parts of various size to be cleaned by aqueous spray;
*Spray immersion and immersion systems for parts with complex shapes and intricate passages;
*Oscillating spray washers for large and complex parts such as diesel locomotive engines;
*Continuous drum washers for small parts;
*Custom-designed systems such as rail-fed automatic cleaning systems for rail & transit bogies.

The same year, a Certificate of Merit for Excellence in Business (category entrepreneurship) was also awarded to Proceco's president, Helmut Schauer, by the National Quality Institute.

Proceco's exclusive seal-less single-stage centrifugal pumps recirculate high volumes of cleaning solutions - 100 to 1, 000 USGPM (380 to 3800 liters per minute);
Operating pressures range from 15 to 400 PSI (1 to 25 bar);
Electric, steam or gas heated systems provide operating temperatures from ambient to 250F (120C);
Various kinds of cleaning chemicals may be used - alkali, neutral or acidic - at various concentrations..
