Environment Pollution control Nutrient removal... Bio-P-Sequencer. The enterprise has developed a most efficient and reliable biological phosphorus removal system using two(2) SBR REACTORS in series. The first reactor operates under anaerobic conditions as the second one operates under various environments controlled status. The Bio-P-Sequencer can operate in conventional 'Fill-Draw' or in 'Dynamic' feed mode using 'Rapid-Fill' technology.

The Curveco(TM) curved bar screen is equipped with mechanical automatic cleaning and designed for coarse screening of municipal and industrial effluents. Usually installed in a concrete channel, this equipment is available with openings from 12-50 mm and its dimensions can fit a channel width of 300-1200 mm wide by 600-1200 mm deep.
Miscellaneous Manufactured Articles Screening equipment for wastewater/water. The enterprise has developed various screens / separators such as;

or stationary installation.
Traveco travelling water screen provides time-proven efficiency for economical screening of plant intake water and provides effective protection for pumps and other equipment.
Traveco allows raw water flow through the screen front to back. Refuse in the raw water is retained on the ascending screen trays and is carried up to the head enclosure where jets of water from spray nozzle flush the refuse from the screen trays into the trough for disposal.
Screen width are available in sizes from 2-10 ft. and for well depths up to 60 ft. Wire mesh screen can vary in opening sizes from 1/8'-1/2'.
Popular applications include: Fish protection; food processing plant; industrial plant; pulp and paper mill; secondary municipal screening; water treatment plant.
Disclosed is a wastewater and sewage treatment system for use in an aeration-sedimentation basin or lagoon. The system comprises a summerged water pump mounted in a well in water communication with the basin. This pump supplies water under pressure to a water header on which a plurality of water jets are mounted in such a manner as to create the forced water circulation inside the basin. Each water jet incorporates an air-sucking venturi to oxygenate the wastewater or sewage. Valves are provided in the well for disconnecting the water pump from the water header and then connecting it to a sludge collecting duct extending from the well over a given distance into the basin in such a manner as to drain off the accumulated sludge at the bottom of the basin through the sludge collecting duct and drainout through a sludge disposal pipe. The system is particularly interesting in that it makes use of the same pump to aerate the wastewater or sewage and drain-off the accumulated sludge.
