The remanufacturing division of the Phoenix Hydraulics Group commenced operations in 1984 to service and repair high pressure hydraulic pumps and motors utilized on surface mining equipment. Phoenix serves an international market from facilities in the USA, Canada, Chile, Venezuela, Brazil, United Kingdom and Australia, Phoenix is a specialized organization that has earned a reputation for remanufacturing the largest and most complex hydraulic piston pumps, motors and power transmissions to the original manufacturers' specifications. Phoenix remanufactures for a number of OEMs including all pumps and motors for John Deere, Hitachi and O & K in North America.
Phoenix currently offers a extensive reman and exchange program for Rexroth, Kawasaki, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi hydraulic piston pumps and motors. Phoenix rebuilds pumps, motors, valves and power transmissions for OEMs, distributors, and machine owners. If required, references can be supplied from customers distributing or operating hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders and graders using Phoenix remanufactured components.
