PSI uses the PSI Learning Development ToolKit - a series of products which provide varying degrees of assistance for learning professionals of all skill levels, depending upon the individuals requirements, to assist with every aspect of the analysis, design, production, implementation and evaluation of a training program.
Some tools in the kit automate the creation of module, learning unit, presentation and workshop plans. Others are job aids which provide useful prompts for key decisions to be made and even supply examples. There's also a complete flow chart depicting the end-to-end course development process.
