Paradigm Esteem founded in 1999 by Amanda Welliver is a self- esteem/motivaton modeling program for teens. Paradigm Esteem teaches teen how to look within and learn to like and even love themselves for who they are TODAY. Topics include: The Art of Appreciation, The Power of Positive Thinking, How to say NO and feel good about it, Effective Communication, 'i' messages, photo movement, and ramp. All students all shapes and sizes model in a photo shoot and model in a fashion show. Teens gain stronger self-esteem and confidence allowing them to be assure and proud of who they are. Amanda Welliver was nominated for the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in Edmonton Alberta. Also named a 'Woman making a difference' by Edmonton Woman Magazine. Featured in many media news articles in print, radio and television - the geek that grew up.
