PACLINE track and chain conveying system consists of a universal link conveyor chain inside a round conveyor track. Flexibility enables conveying through tight radius curves on both the horizontal and vertical plane. Loads can be transported handing or can be inverted to convey load-carrying trays.
C-250 series chain is designed for loads to 50 lbs. per pendant which are standard on 6 inch centers. Coupling two pendants with a load bar allows 100 lb loads. Distributed loads to 30, 000 lb. can be conveyed on a 600 ft. system with only one drive. Adding additional drives proportionally increases conveyor length. Track sections are prefabricated with a joining flange at each end, simplifying installation. On site welding is unnecessary and easy rerouting changes can be made. Visit Pacline at:

Paint Finishing Application
Pacline has successfully designed and installed numerous systems for paint finishing applications. Our tubular, enclosed track design lends itself well to the reduction of paint contamination. To help maximize on oven efficiency, Pacline offers 9 radius horizontal curves, the smallest track curve in the industry. Pacline's short radius curve allows for closer track centers, reducing oven size requirements. In powder coating applications, Pacline's conveyor track and chain has been found to be a good conductor, thereby, allowing for a better adherence of both Powder and Wet Spray electrostatic paint. Material Handling Application
Pacline has long been a leader in light to medium weight overhead material handling applications. Some of the applications in which Pacline's Enclosed Track Overhead Conveyor has been utilized are as follows: general parts handling, wave solder, tote and empty carton handling, wood working, ceramic industry, dip line applications, die casting, instrument assembly, plastic parts handling, metal stamping, automatic pick-up and drop-off. We also offer a range of specialty material handling systems, including inverted tray conveyors and Over/Under conveyors.
For ease in system installation and future modifications, Pacline has incorporated a bolted track flange design. Pacline offers many standard curve radii to allow for most application designs. If by chance our standard curves do not meet your need, Pacline is ready to supply specially fabricated curves.
Steven Speilberg's Dive Restaurant
Opened in June 1995, the unique submarine shaped restaurant is one of a kind. Inside, water bubbles up behind portholes, images of stingrays swim past on a video screen, a waterfall and simulated submarine dive complete the experience. A 330 foot Pacline Overhead Conveyor System was fabricated to fit into the confines of the restaurant.
Special radius curves as large as 95 feet are installed at ceiling level. An electric rail is attached to the Pacline System in order to power the electronic ships and fish which travel above the restaurant floor.
Automotive Application
Pacline has serviced the automotive industry for over two decades. Within this time frame, Pacline has been called on to design systems to convey a great variety of automotive parts (i. e., cast aluminum parts, axles, rads, doors, steering wheels, bumpers, trim components, windows, and instrument panels). With the growing use of lighter parts, within the industry, there is a trend to design lighter capacity conveyor systems to transport these items.
