Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is an accredited private institute dedicated to providing the highest quality of career training excellence. We offer three month, six month full-time Culinary Arts & Baking & Pastry Arts programs and a twelve month part-time Culinary Arts program all with a maximum of 12 students per 1 Chef Instructor. Located at the entrance to Granville Island, Vancouver's downtown market and crafts mecca, the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is the only private culinary training institute in Canada with a student operated white linen restaurant and bakeshop on the premises. Our classes commence every January, April, July and September and students attend our Institute from all over the world. Full-time classes are held Monday to Friday, seven hours per day, part-time classes are held two evenings per week and Saturday for twenty-four weeks and the last twenty-four weeks on Saturdays only. All Culinary Arts students operate our fine-dining restaurant.
