David N. Spearing Architectural Group provides architectural design services with ancillary engineering services for a wide range of building types, urban design and major project development consulting.

Through association with experts in most specialty fields of building the Spearing Group provides in depth services, analysing needs from basic principles and translating those needs to built form.

The Spearing Group is particularly known for understanding and interpreting into built form the specific needs of clients. As well the Group has established a reputation in Urban Design through the rejuvenation of Urban Cores and Heritage Structures and through the planning and design of residential communities and buildings on mountain slopes as well as ski and equestrian resorts, hotels, prisons, police stations, embassies, community centers, arenas, swimming pools, churches, office buildings, colleges and projects for First Nation and ethnic minorities.
