Osburn Associates was founded in 1978. The firm has been commissioned on a wide range of projects including office and commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, buildings for recreation and community use. The firm has in house skills in architecture, planning, landscape, interior design and project management. The firm also has considerable experience and resources in the field of computer aided design, and the management and application of computer skills related to the construction industry and to communications.

Throughout the growth of the firm, professionally qualified staff have remained involved in all phases of the development of their projects from conceptual sketches to completion. The firm has well developed quality control systems and procedures in place on all their projects, both large and small.

With a staff of seven, the firm services approximately $30 million worth of construction annually, in both private and government sectors, through a wide range of activities including feasibility studies, facility programming, conceptual and detail design, working drawings and specifications, field review of construction and contract administration. The firm also offers project management, construction management and other specialist services and forms partnerships with developers, contractors, and project and construction managers to deliver specific projects.

Osburn Associates believe that all good planning starts with a knowledge of existing conditions and opportunities and of the actual resources at hand: the landscape, the people and the daily activities of a community. We strive to fully understand our clients' needs as a prerequisite to good design.
