Utilizing the latest technology in multi-axis CNC Machine Centers available, Norwest Precision is unrivalled in the ability to precision machine intricate components to exceptionally close tolerances. Engineered design information is transferred directly to CNC machine centers via our fully integrated CAD/CAM programming network which not only increases manufacturing accuracy but also accommodates demanding contract schedules. We monitor and carry out computerized inspections at every stage of the production process to guarantee that the final product is exact and consistent. We are a Custom Machine Shop. We provide service to various industries requiring machining on medium to large metal components. Our CNC Machine Centres have capacity up to 80 ton with shop clearance of 40 ft under the overhead cranes. We also have computerized Q. A. reporting available for projects. We have lathes (including CNC Lathe with 63' swing x 236', carrying capacity of 20, 000 kg), milling machines, vertical milling machines, vertical turning and boring machines and horizontal boring machines.
