Newlyweds supplies most sectors of the food industry including bakery, dairy, frozen foods, meat, fish & poultry processors, food service and retail. The majority of Newlyweds products consist of custom blends of micro-ingredients, seasonings, flavours, spices and other functional ingredients supplied in unit packs.
Newlyweds subsidiary, the Alberta Industrial Mustard Co. (AIM), is the world leader in producing deheated mustard. Aim deheated mustard has a wide variety of functional uses in meat products, condiments, salad dressings, cheese spreads, gravies and mayonnaise. It is sold in more than 50 countries. Lactech Division produces high quality milk replacers using state of the art European technology. Q. C. Packaging Division is a co-packing operation capable of producing over five hundred million pouches per year. Our new Norac Division uses Super Critical extraction process for the process of natural essences and oleo oils such as Rosemary Extract wich is used in many food products as a very good and high quality anti-oxident agent.
