Herbal Consultant & Iridologist - Certified Correspondence (1500 Hour Program) Throughout this program the historical and traditional art of herbalism is taught including, the study of over 150 herbs and herbal combinations, all body systems, tips on running your own consulting business, terminology, the making of salves, tinctures, decoctions, infusions, anatomy, physiology, pathology, emotional healing, the tools of constitutional iridology, constitutional analysis, case studies, and stories & remedies.

Students will explore alternative and complementary health practices for promoting and maintaining health and will be able to relate nutritional needs to the body's organs and functions. Throughout the study of plants, weeds, barks, trees, roots, and how they have curative effects on the living body will be taught.

This program is designed for the individual with 'Alternative Health Care' in mind. Graduates from this program are earning their living in their own consulting business, shops, offices;

others work in health food stores and many herbalists are retail sellers, sales representatives, growers and many take the program for personal use.

NWHHI is registered with the Private Post Secondary Education Commission. The Canadian Herbalist Association of BC/Canada and the International Iridologist Association recognizes this program.
