Lea & Associates Ltd. and later operated overseas under the name of N. D. Lea International Ltd. from 1987 to the end of 1998. ND LEA is solely owned by its senior staff who include engineers, economists and environmental and management professionals specialising in transport engineering (planning, design, construction and project management) as well as institutional development (technical assistance, management systems and training).
