Murandi Communications has a well equipped, fully automated laboratory for doing RF design work to beyond 40 GHz. Our facilities include spectrum analyzers, high and low frequency digital and analog signal generators, and automatic network analyzers fully integrated with our CAD software. We make extensive use of Touchstone, Eagleware, Spice, Mathcad, Excel and Numerical Electromagnetic Code software. Our fully equipped anechoic, electromagnetic test chamber/automated antenna test range is capable of 3D pattern generation, pre-compliance testing and EMI trouble shooting.

Mobile Internet Access
Murandi delivers a broad range of solutions to mobile Internet device design. We have extensive experience in today's first and second-generation mobile network technologies and are actively investing in the next generation, 2.5 and 3G designs.
We can provide circuit switched data solutions for AMPS, GSM, TDMA, and CDMA or efficient packet switched standards such as CDPD, Mobitex, GPRS, EDGE, and nXRTT.
Modules
Murandi can supply custom modules that integrate into products. Ideal applications for modules are low volume situations where price sensitivity is not high or in situations where interchangeable wireless options are needed for the device.
Designs
For volume applications, separate modules are often too expensive, large, and power hungry. Murandi Communications' designs can be custom tailored for these applications and produced on the same board as the rest of the device electronics. This highly integrated approach is the lowest cost solution and can provide savings in board space, power supply, and the number of components.
Multi-Mode Applications
Applications that incorporate multiple RF technologies can be particularly challenging. Our specialized facilities, advanced design capabilities, experience in many bands and technologies equip us to handle difficult RF combinations. GPS, wireless LAN, Bluetooth, cellular and other technologies can be combined very effectively.
