With the use of reverse pulse plating we see superior plating distribution which is necessary for very small holes and blind vias. We have produced up to 24 layers on 25x26 inch panel with.010 inch diameter holes and.140 inch thick board. Prototype delivery starts at 24 hours.
Metaplast manufactures printed circuit boards using a wide variety of laminates which include epoxy-glass, polyimide-glass, kapton, thermount, cyana te ester, goreclad, TMM, PTFE and PTFE with metal backing.
