Proj: Case Tool Conversion & Strategic Plan Implementation Advice Country: United States Contribution:

M Cubed provided two different services to the US Air Force last spring. The original contract was with HIPPO, a strategic planning group within the American Air Force, and came about through the CASE tool conversion service that M Cubed offers. Initially, we were engaged to convert existing enterprise wide models from an access database to Cool: Biz, Sterling Softwares case tool. Once introduced to the business members of this group, we quickly were offered additional work providing advice to them on the establishment of an organization and associated procedures to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan and its integration with the many on-going Air Force initiatives. This resulted in an addition to the original contract including different objectives and times.
