Leak Test Technology M. P. T. Inc. can provide you with a uniquely stable design, mass flow based leak testing system for fill cavities ranging from a few cubic centimeters to over a liter. Our unit is designed for the automotive parts supplier who must test their product to customer specified pressures and acceptable leak rates. Test pressures ranging from 1-100 PSI, and test flow rates ranging from 1-100 cc/min.

SmartImage Sensors are high speed on-line inspection devices with the power to cost effectively solve your toughest inspection applications. The embedded microprocessor can also perform partial image acquisition that can dramatically increase image acquisition rates thus increasing inspection rates to 4000+ inspections per minute.

Control Systems Engineering
We will specify, design, build, document and commission the control system for a machine or process. This includes electrical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic controls. We will produce operating, maintenance, and technical manuals as well as required drawings for both new installations and retrofits. We will engineer and build control panels using components as specified. Operator interfaces are custom designed for each system.
